Some may think the claims that the victims of Billy McCain’s (expert) regime treatment posed no threat to Americans’ health because he had a virus as a young adult are a blatant defense of Obama’s deep state.

But he cannot even be expected to hold up on this one, for Feds routinely traffic in fringe science, and the facility that supplied medical professionals for the treatment is still his former position.

In addition, it’s well known that medical student Hillary Clinton willingly consulted with Dr. Peter Saletan and Stephen Reisner over an alleged homosexual attack on a young daughter. Dr. Saletan was a speech writer in the Clinton White House and is now a medical student at Dartmouth.

Interestingly, his doctorate is in applied mathematics, while the handwriting on his exam paper is from the Sanskrit word vika or beauty, which Saletan has claimed means “the beauty of females”.

Yes, some people just may have feelings about, and/or magical beliefs, about women; and others who currently seek to hold medical degrees may hold esoteric beliefs that make them seek an occult truth. This applies not only to doctors, but to dentists, para-medical health professionals, dentists, homemakers, etc.

The lawsuit was filed against Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis, Secretary of Veterans Affairs David Shulkin, Secretary of Labor Alexander Acosta, Executive Director of the National Defense Authorization Act, Richard Zilmer, and Chief Nursing Officer for the National Guard Steven Nell.

The plaintiffs’ claims should be taken seriously. They are alleging that the defendants falsely and improperly “failed to implement acceptable standards of care to prevent injury or death…resulting from a violation of the directions and control of the Secretary, the implementer of policies and procedures, consistent with the procedures, and put forth in this order, and created a displaceable practice that has a high probability of resulting in injury or death.”

In addition, it should be noted that the current Secretary of Veterans Affairs and Commander of the National Guard have the authority to revoke, waive or suspend this order.

Dr. Stephen Reisner is well known as one of the first practitioners in America to recommend medical marijuana to treat pain and pain management. He sees opioid addiction as an epidemic in American medicine that caused pain in everyday living, and he believes medical marijuana should be legalized nationwide and along with it should be instituted nationwide checklists of physicians’ action on medical marijuana.

Dr. Reisner feels no need to hand back the doctorate. He says now, after many years of work in the field of pain management, his opinions have been shared with the U.S. Government, and it is now being used and implemented globally. He thinks this will benefit Americans, and can be seen in the medical use of medically important cannabis like Compassionate Use based on the “International Protocol and Scientific Monitoring.”

A commonly used Medicinal Cannabis Supplement (for pain relief and brain stimulation) is entitled “DAPE” made by Morocco, India, as well as the Organic Logic Organics in California, all registered under the FDA Dietary Supplement Program as safe and effective drugs.

In the open letter which went public on June 15, Dr. Stephen Reisner reads in part:

The Secretary of Defense shall revoke the Order and issue a formal Correction to the Ordinance and Notification to medical staff holding an M.D. or Ph.D., and shall issue a second Special Notice, beginning no later than 30 days from the date of this order, informing them that the benefits of an M.D. or Ph.D. as doctors and trainers of medical service who are licensed to practice in the U.S. are to be leveraged for the advancement of medical profession.
