South Korean actress Park Shin-hye (“My Love From the Star”) and her golfer boyfriend Choi Tae-joon are expecting their first child, and she is already engaged.

“I still can’t believe I’m pregnant,” Shin-hye, 31, said, according to South Korean news site The Investor. “There’s always a certain era in your life when you are very optimistic about this life you are heading into. That was me three years ago.”

The two were dating in the summer of 2014, when Shin-hye did a film in South Korea with Choi, a South Korean member of the European Tour. Though they only became serious about a relationship over the past two years, Shin-hye has already put a ring on Choi’s finger.

“We won’t talk about the engagement and marriage details, but she is very happy,” Shin-hye’s manager Sung Hyo-jun told The Investor.

Shin-hye rose to prominence in 2011 when she portrayed a stripper opposite Gerard Depardieu in the French film “Go Down Together.” In December 2015, she and the actor Hwang Jung-min announced their divorce after almost a decade of marriage.
